Since the 1950s, this corner of Bellville has been a place where friends meet, families celebrate, and travelers pull in for a great meal. Back then, the sign read Schroeder's Malt Burger, and the parking lot was filled with chrome bumpers, tailfins, and neighbors catching up over burgers and hand-spun malts.
Today, the sign says The Hill, but much of what made this place special remains the same. We're still serving great food from the same building, on the same corner, with the same commitment to making every guest feel at home. For decades, The Hill has been woven into the fabric of Bellville, and we're honored to carry that tradition forward—one meal, one smile, and one memory at a time.
